TweetGameday Spiced Mediterranean Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon Tasteful Times Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Tasteful Times Oregano Leaves

1/2 teaspoon of Tasteful Times Rosemary Leaves (finely crushed)

1/2 teaspoon Tasteful Times Thyme Leaves (crushed)

8oz of San Giuliano Roasted Artichokes (coarsly chopped)

3oz of Smithfield Cream Cheese

1/3 cup of reduced fat mayonnaise

1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of sliced green onion (optional)

2 tablespons of San Giuliano Sun Dried Tomatoes chopped (optional)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Mix TT garlic powder, oregano, rosemary, and thyme in a small bowl and set aside.

Place roasted artichoke hearts in food processor, cover and process until finely chopped. Add Smithfield cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and herb mix. Cover and process until fully mixed. Spread mixture evenly in a 9inch pie plate.

Bake 15 minutes or until mixture is heated through and edges are golden brown. Sprinkle with green onion and tomato, if desired. Serve with pita wedges or assorted crackers.
